Meet Your Coaches

Meet Dina

Dina Griffin is passionate about women’s health and supporting active women to reach new heights.

She also has a passion for helping women thrive through their “masters years” by developing personalized nutrition plans that account for the natural process of aging and menopause, while considering the needs and goals of the individual. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Sport Dietitian, Dina has over 17 years experience in private nutrition coaching.

She works carefully to understand each client’s goals, challenges, and unique self to take them to their next level of better living.

Meet Kristin

Kristin is passionate about helping female athletes who wants to make and sustain lifestyle changes—no matter how big, small, or difficult those changes are—so they can reach their goals.

Kristin enjoys helping women level up by developing practical, actionable strategies to overcome obstacles.  She Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Functional Medicine Health Coach, and has over 25 years of counseling experience.

Her focus is utilizing the principles of positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and behavioral change theory to create a plan that bring balance into all aspects of your life.
