Run-Cycle-Strong
Program starts May 26
This 6-week coaching experience is for Women Cyclists & Runners 40+, who want to feel prepared, supported, and good in their body while training for the adventures they love.
Who this Program is For:
Run-Cycle-Strong is for women cyclists & runners 40+ who are ready to stop second-guessing their fueling, recovery, and event preparation.
Whether you’re training for your first event, trying to get more out of the ones you already do, this program we focuses on the key pieces most commonly overlooked in women's endurance training: energy optimization, recovery, mindset, and full preparation for the event day experience.
The 3 Pillars of Run-Cycle-Strong
Whether you’re newer to endurance sport, dealing with issues like GI distress, energy crashes, or inconsistent recovery, or questioning how your changing body fits into the sport you love, this program focuses on the pieces that most women are left trying to figure out on their own.
PILLAR #1
Fueling & Hydration
Fueling for endurance sports can feel overwhelming fast, especially with so much confusing online advice. Coach Dina will help you build a more personalized approach to fueling, hydration, recovery, and sports nutrition so you can better support your energy, training, and event day experience.
PILLAR #2
Smarter Recovery
Many women assume they simply need to train harder when energy, recovery, or performance starts to feel different. Dina & Kristin will help you better understand how fueling, recovery, stress, and training support work together so your body feels more supported through the process.
PILLAR #3
Mental Readiness
Preparation is more than physical training. Coach Kristin will help you build the type of confidence that supports your version of performance, along with practical mental performance tools to improve focus, adaptability, and a calmer approach to training and event day.
The missing piece:
For many women in their 40s and beyond, the missing piece isn’t more discipline or more miles.
Most active and athletic women aren't fueling enough, let alone optimally, and that gap affects everything from training adaptation to recovery to how you feel crossing a finish line. Run-Cycle-Strong bridges that gap your nutrition, mindset, and training finally work together.
Run-Cycle-Strong is built for the woman who says YES to their bold adventures and is ready for the fueling and focus to match.
What Sets Run-Cycle-Strong Apart:
- A clear performance and fueling framework you'll actually use, not another generic plan
- Mental performance tools to keep your head in the game when training and event day get hard
- Practical, age-aligned strategies built around peri- and postmenopause
- A supportive experience that honors your goals, no matter whether you’re riding or running to complete or compete
- Designed & led by two women endurance athletes and health practitioners who are living this midlife chapter alongside you: a Sports Dietitian and a certified coach trained in mental performance
What You'll Walk Away With:
- A personalized fueling plan tailored to your needs, food preferences, your goals, and your body
- Recovery and supplement strategies that support your goals while minimizing injury and maximizing performance
- Mental performance tools for staying calm, focused, and confident
- A specific plan leading into your event you refine and trust so you can better enjoy your event experience
Aging and hormone shifts don't have to slow you down.
Your age isn't the limiter for the physical feats you want to pursue.
You get to define what kickass performance looks like for you.
You reach your own finish line, no matter the speed it takes to get there.

Meet Your Coaches
Meet Dina
I'm a Board Certified Sports Dietitian and endurance athlete with over 17 years helping active women build nutrition strategies that hold up in real training and on race day.
I like to call myself an adult onset athlete and a proud member of the midlife athletic club. I came to running in my late 20s and found my way from marathons to trails, triathlons, and cycling events along the way. At 53, I finished my second 100-mile race, and a few months later a ski accident and two knee surgeries shifted my focus toward rebuilding strength and durability.
That chapter continues today. It has deepened my compassion for the women I work with when the unexpected forces us to adapt and recalibrate. Running is still very much a love of mine, and I am actively working toward getting back out on a start line soon.
Meet Kristin
I’m a Mental Performance Coach, Licensed Professional Counselor, and competitive gravel cyclist, racing 100-mile events with multiple age group podium finishes.
I didn’t grow up as an athlete. My path started in my 20s with mountaineering (including Denali), followed by over a decade of marathon running and coaching. After a long-term hip injury, I eventually transitioned to cycling—an experience that forced me to rethink what performance, identity, and longevity really look like.
Like many women, I’ve navigated the midlife shifts—changes in recovery, fueling, and energy—and learned that doing more isn’t the answer. Training smarter, fueling well, and developing the right mindset is what allows you to keep showing up.
That perspective shapes the work I do now. I help active women train with intention, build confidence, and develop the mental skills needed to perform consistently—so they can stay strong, capable, and connected to the sports they love for the long run.
