For many women, especially in midlife and beyond, the missing piece isn’t more discipline — it’s a fueling strategy that actually matches your physiology, your training, and your goals.

Run Cycle Strong was designed to help you bridge that gap, so your nutrition, mindset, and training finally work together to support stronger, more confident performance.

This is the key to unlocking next level performance regardless of age.

Why This Program Is Different:

Most cycling and running programs focus on the miles. This one focuses on what truly fuels performance: nutrition, mindset, and strategy - specifically for midlife and older women.

What Sets Run-Cycle-Strong Apart:

  • Targeted and specific performance framework + event-day strategies to personalize your fueling
  • Mindset tools to support focus, calm, and confidence
  • Practical, age-aligned strategies, whether you are in peri- or postmenopause, to build strength, stamina, and recovery—without overhauling your life
  • A supportive experience that honors your goals, no matter whether you’re riding or running to complete or compete
  • Designed & led by two women endurance athletes who are also health practitioners and in midlife —a Sports Dietitian and a certified coach trained in mental performance

What You Get...

  1. A reusable framework to build a personalized fueling plan for your rides or runs, no matter if they’re leisure in nature or more competitive
  2. Nutrition strategies that support strength, stamina, and recovery
  3. Mental tools to help you keep and maintain calm, focus, and confidence
  4. A flexible performance plan you’ll create based on your own preferences, routines, and goals

Run-Cycle-Strong will give you the tools and strategies for the key performance areas that affect your ability to adapt to training, get stronger and fitter, and be able to achieve your competition goals and adventurous pursuits related to running and cycling.

You get to define what kickass performance looks like for you.
You reach your own finish lines, no matter the speed it takes to get there.

Meet Your Coaches

Meet Dina

I'm a Board Certified Sports Dietitian and endurance athlete with over 17 years helping active women build nutrition strategies that hold up in real training and on race day.

I like to call myself an adult onset athlete and a proud member of the midlife athletic club. I came to running in my late 20s and found my way from marathons to trails, triathlons, and cycling events along the way. At 53, I finished my second 100-mile race, and a few months later a ski accident and two knee surgeries shifted my focus toward rebuilding strength and durability.

That chapter continues today. It has deepened my compassion for the women I work with when the unexpected forces us to adapt and recalibrate. Running is still very much a love of mine, and I am actively working toward getting back out on a start line soon.

Meet Kristin

I’m a Mental Performance Coach, Licensed Professional Counselor, and competitive gravel cyclist, racing 100-mile events with multiple age group podium finishes.

I didn’t grow up as an athlete. My path started in my 20s with mountaineering (including Denali), followed by over a decade of marathon running and coaching. After a long-term hip injury, I eventually transitioned to cycling—an experience that forced me to rethink what performance, identity, and longevity really look like.

Like many women, I’ve navigated the midlife shifts—changes in recovery, fueling, and energy—and learned that doing more isn’t the answer. Training smarter, fueling well, and developing the right mindset is what allows you to keep showing up.

That perspective shapes the work I do now. I help active women train with intention, build confidence, and develop the mental skills needed to perform consistently—so they can stay strong, capable, and connected to the sports they love for the long run.
